Whisky Espresso Highball

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml whisky
  • 30 ml espresso (chilled)
  • Soda water
  • Orange twist

Method:
Shake whisky and espresso with ice. Pour into a tall glass, top with soda. Garnish with orange peel. Sharp, bitter, and balanced.

Irish Coffee (Whisky Edition)

A true classic.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Irish whisky
  • 90 ml hot black coffee
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Lightly whipped cream

Method:
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Stir in whisky. Float cream gently on top. Sip through the cream for a layered experience.
