Whisky Espresso Highball

Ingredients:
- 45 ml whisky
- 30 ml espresso (chilled)
- Soda water
- Orange twist
Method:
Shake whisky and espresso with ice. Pour into a tall glass, top with soda. Garnish with orange peel. Sharp, bitter, and balanced.
Irish Coffee (Whisky Edition)

Ingredients:
- 45 ml Irish whisky
- 90 ml hot black coffee
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Lightly whipped cream
Method:
