Classic Whisky Sour

Tangy, silky, and beginner-approved.


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml bourbon or blended whisky
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Egg white (optional)

Method:
Dry shake if using egg white, then shake again with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry or orange slice. A timeless starter.

Maple Whisky Highball

Smooth and slightly sweet.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml whisky
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Orange peel

Method:
Build whisky and syrup in a tall glass over ice. Stir gently, top with soda, and garnish with orange peel. It’s crisp and crowd-pleasing.
