Whisky and Indian spices are a match made in heaven. The warm, earthy notes in whisky blend beautifully with masalas like cinnamon, clove, and ginger—resulting in cozy, aromatic cocktails with a touch of desi soul.

Cinnamon Old Fashioned

Classic, with a spicy twist.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml bourbon or rye whisky
  • 1 tsp cinnamon syrup
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel

Method:
Stir whisky, syrup, and bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and a cinnamon stick. Warming and elegant.

Chai Whisky Sour

Tea meets dram.


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml whisky
  • 30 ml strong chai (cooled)
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml honey

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with star anise or cardamom. A spicy, rich blend of two worlds.
