Cinnamon Old Fashioned
Classic, with a spicy twist.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml bourbon or rye whisky
- 1 tsp cinnamon syrup
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Method:
Stir whisky, syrup, and bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and a cinnamon stick. Warming and elegant.
Chai Whisky Sour
Tea meets dram.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml whisky
- 30 ml strong chai (cooled)
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml honey
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with star anise or cardamom. A spicy, rich blend of two worlds.
