Citrus Radler

Half juice, half lager, all refreshment.


Ingredients:

  • 150 ml chilled lager
  • 150 ml fresh orange juice
  • Mint for garnish

Method:
Pour orange juice into a glass. Top with lager. Stir gently and garnish with mint or an orange wheel. Light, crisp, and great with a veggie quiche.

Berry Beer Mimosa

Bubbly and brunchy.


Ingredients:

  • 100 ml wheat beer
  • 50 ml mixed berry purée
  • 20 ml orange juice

Method:
Add berry purée and orange juice to a flute or tall glass. Slowly top with beer. Garnish with berries. Ideal with French toast or waffles.
