Cucumber Lime Cooler

Ingredients:
- 45 ml vodka
- Juice of half a lime
- 90 ml soda water
- 3 cucumber ribbons
Method:
Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Add vodka and lime juice, shake with ice, strain into a tall glass. Top with soda and garnish with cucumber spirals. Refreshment at its best.
Basil Detox Shot
A healthy(ish) shot with a herbal twist.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml vodka
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 basil leaves
Method:
