Aam Panna Vodka Cooler
Raw mango meets vodka for a refreshing, tangy drink.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml vodka
- 60 ml chilled aam panna
- Pinch of kala namak (black salt)
- Roasted cumin powder
- Mint sprig for garnish
Method:
Shake vodka, aam panna, and spices over ice. Strain into a tall glass with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and a slice of mango. It’s sour, salty, and very sip-worthy.
Masala Vodka Fizz
Spicy, fizzy, and utterly desi.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml vodka
- 30 ml jaljeera
- 90 ml tonic water
- Lemon wheel & coriander sprig
Method:
Build over ice in a highball glass. Add jaljeera, vodka, then top with tonic. Stir lightly. Garnish and serve cold. It’s a chatpata cocktail that pairs great with Indian snacks.
