  • 50 ml dry gin
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves

Muddle mint and syrup in a shaker. Add gin, lime juice, and ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with more mint. Light and herbaceous.

Earl Grey Gin Sour

A tea-time twist on a classic sour.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml gin (infused with Earl Grey)
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)

Method:
Dry shake first (if using egg white), then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower. It’s floral, tangy, and elegant—perfect for evenings in.
