Whipped cream
- Heat milk, cocoa, and sugar. Once smooth, add red wine. Simmer gently (do not boil). Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and grated dark chocolate.
White Wine Poached Pear Spritz
Fruity, elegant, and Insta-worthy.
Ingredients:
• 1 poached pear (white wine & vanilla)
• 60 ml poaching liquid
• 90 ml chilled Prosecco
• Mint
Method:
Add sliced pear and poaching syrup to a glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with mint. A dessert and drink in one.
