This distillery can be found on the north-eastern side of Grenada, where they explore the diversity and complexity of sugarcane-based rums and their distinctive terroirs. Grenada’s many altitudes, soils and microclimates create an ideal environment for these noble studies in rum, which were conducted by industry giant Mark Reynier.
