Established in 1667 Hedges & Buttler began life as a wine and spirits merchant. They supplied Champagne, Port and fine wines to the Coronation banquet of King George IV before being granted a Royal Warrant in 1830. Seven years later, in 1837, Wueen Victoria also granted the company a Royal Warrant which led them to become a supplier to the royal houses.
