Croix de Salles

Brand Story

In 1838, Pascual Dartigalongue from Nogaro, South West France, founded the company Dartigalongue & Fils and began to distil in what was the very first Armagnac house in Bas Armagnac. In 1870 he acquired the ‘Lacroutz’ vineyard, which directly translates to ‘la crois’ (the cross) and where the name Croix de Salles comes from.
