Aurum is an Italian liqueur produced in Pescara since 1925. It is a blend of ten years old brandy and a citrus fruit infusion. The name of this liqueur was chosen by Amedeo Pomilio, the founder of the Aurum Factory, on the suggestion of Gabriele D'Annunzio. Aurum means gold in Latin and the name refers to the ancient Roman origins of the recipe.
