Audemus Pink Pepper Gin is a gin produced by Audemus Spirits in Cognac, France. It's made with nine botanicals, including pink peppercorns, cardamom, juniper, honey, tonka bean, and vanilla. The botanicals are individually infused and then distilled under low pressure and temperature. The gin has a soft, spicy taste with notes of honey, black pepper, and patisserie. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails like gin and tonics.
