Hepple Douglas Fir Vodka is a single botanical vodka made from Douglas fir needles harvested in early summer from trees that overlook the Scottish border. The needles are dried and prepared before being triple distilled using a high-fidelity distilling system. The result is a vodka with a 41% ABV that's described as having a refreshing pine and sweet melon flavor with undertones of grapefruit zest:
