Circumstantial Rum is a white rum from England made by the Circumstance Distillery in Bristol. It's made from 100% South American molasses that's fermented for two weeks with mead yeast and then distilled. The rum has a Jamaican style with long fermentation, mellow notes from short aging, and a crisp finish from re-distillation.
