Calle 23 is a premium tequila brand launched by French biochemist Sophie Decobecq in 2009. Sophie’s fascination and scientific knowledge of fermentation shines through in her range of smooth tequilas, particularly the Tequila Criollo, made from a rare strain of blue agave.
