Aval Dor is a premium vodka made from Cornish potatoes and mineral water from an aquifer on the Dustow family's farm in Cornwall. The vodka is distilled 40 times in a copper batch still and has a smooth, creamy flavor with vanilla undertones. It can be served neat over ice or in cocktails.
