Made by the Aguirre family in the Elqui Valley. This pisco is distilled using small copper pot stills, aged in oak barrels for three months and is charcoal filtered to produce a crystal clear spirit. Lemongrass and fresh flowers combine with spice on the palate, with a tangy finish and grape-skin notes.
